They have also facilitated workshops and presented at conferences both domestically and internationally on topics related to the use of technology in higher education. They are passionate about leveraging modern technologies to provide a more agile, engaging learning experience for students. Their current research focuses on human resource management, knowledge management, and innovation with digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and ethics. They are a firm believer in the ability of technology to foster collaboration, creativity, and communication. Currently, they are working as an Asst. Professor at the University of Hail in the Business and MIS Department where they strive to apply a systems approach and multidisciplinary techniques while tackling practical issues to implement effective solutions accordingly. They research and write about technology and business with the goal of creating a positive impact on the world. Their work is engaging, and informative, and inspires change for the better.

Affreen Ara is an Assistant Professor in computer science, currently pursuing a PhD in Machine Learning at Christ University, Bangalore, India.
