Jarkko Vesa

Jarkko Vesa, M.Sc. (Econ.) is a Research Fellow at Helsinki School of Economics in Information Systems Science. His research work is focusing on multi-channel services and technologies, and the transformation of the mobile services industry. In addition to his research work, Vesa works as a management consultant and freelance journalist. He has over fifteen years of experience in the ICT industry in companies such as Nokia, IBM, Tandem Computers and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Vesa has presented several papers on the evolution of the mobile industry in Europe, the US and Japan. He has co-authored books on strategic planning of e-Business and customer relationship management.
