Hans Solli-Sæther has a MSc degree from the University of Oslo and a PhD degree from the Norwegian School of Management. He has been the CIO of Norway Post and has several years of experience with outsourcing. Dr. Solli-Sæther has published several research articles and books on this topic. His current research interests are outsourcing and organizational interoperability.
