What is Participant’s Satisfaction

Encyclopedia of E-Commerce Development, Implementation, and Management
Participant’s satisfaction motivates the users to continue to use the VCoPs. There are three measures of user satisfaction: i) satisfying social needs of users, ii) sufficiency of the information content to meet user needs, and iii) user satisfaction with the VCoPs. Consequently, the participant’s satisfaction can be defined as the individual judgment of any result or experience in terms of VCoPs.
