Abstract
From a descriptive-functional paradigm, this study explores how universities contribute to the promotion of entrepreneurship and the growth of small and medium enterprises in Chile. MSMEs may have different definitions and requirements in different nations, but their importance as generators of jobs and economic activity is universal.
