The knowledge quality is determined by fulfilling the expectations of the community and its social context ( Chiu et al. 2006 ). VCoPs participants concentrate more on the contents, than the software or Website design ( Vavasseur & MacGregor 2008 ). In general, knowledge quality comprises the following elements: information accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and relevance ( Wixom & Todd 2005 ).
