Introduction

Semites’ culture, discipline, skills, and affinity for education, have enabled them to develop complex domains, like, technology, maritime navigation, massive constructions, architectural undertakings, pure and applied mathematics, and many other fields. These successful and unconventional expansions brought them educational, cultural, societal, economic successes... Actually, the hyper evolution of technology/ Information and Communication System (ICS), and related standards has a deep influence in education and local specific constructs. This chapter will analyse the situation the MEA’s and especially the Lebanese Role of ICS’ standards on Diversity in Educational Environments (RICSES). Semites expansions which reached far regions permitted to enrich their innovative temperament, culture, discipline, skills, and education, enabled them to develop complex domains, like, technology, maritime navigation, massive constructions, architectural undertakings, the evolution of monotheistic religion(s), alphabet (abjad), evolution of language(s), pure and applied mathematics, sciences, commerce, networked finance, and many other fields. These expansions were enabled by the ambition of curiosity and diversity; who initially used Aramaic as their lingua franca but became a multilingual nation. These ambitions brought many fatal challenges, confrontations, and even risks of extinction. As the targeted subject is diversity of the Semite-Phoenicians (SP) or the modern Lebanese, including their complex heritage, and their specific diverse societal and multi-cultural system(s). SP’s heritage, education, multilinguism, and multi-culture has spread throughout the MEA/MC and much further; from their original habitat that extended from Tyrus to the city of Tripoli in today’s Lebanon. Although this nation has expanded, got mixed, was transformed the original name of their homeland did not change since thousands of years. Lebanon or more specifically Mount-Lebanon, identifies a land that has never changed its name and has always was based on SP’s City-States (CS) concept which is a form of a loose confederal socio-political system. This loose confederal socio-political enabled unconventional expansion, which brought them multi-cultural, diversity, societal, economic interactions and even successes. Knowing that SPs, Amorites, and Hurrians are categorized as Canaanites and that are Semites, who have an immense appetite for open and diverse interactions (iGENEA, 2022). Semites and SPs main predispositions are: 1) A universal and global approach, which supports and promotes global multi-culture for peace, education, commerce, civilizations, and development; 3) Architects of civilizations; 2) An inter-nations interaction concept that is based on the eagerness to relate to other nations and cultures; 3) An open minded rich socio-political and diplomatic capabilities; 4) Adaptability which made them adapt to different climates, societies, and geographic environments; 5) Not ethnocentric and have a culture based on knowledge; 6) Their curiosity and educational capacities; and 6) They promoted the environment of letters, alphabets, books, libraries, inventions and discoveries, and scientific, philosophical, and religious thinking. Many archaeological and genetical evidence found in the MEA/MC confirm the admixed SP character; and also confirms that diversity was a hallmark of SPs’; this also clarified the complexity such societies (Zalloua, Collins, Gosling, Biagini, Costa, Kardailsky, Nigro, Khalil, Calafell, & Matisoo-Smith, 2018). From their habitat, shown in Figure 1, they form a nation that lived off commerce, education, knowledge, and they spread multi-culturism in the MEA/MC. They are the first who promoted a multi-cultural identity to a large part of the world through their various activities. SP’s approach to education is based on their or cosmogony, and they are educators, and discoverers, willing to spread their culture and knowledge. They developed important skills and organizational methods that made them great educators/teachers in various fields like diplomacy, navigation, law, and other. The mentioned domains are essential in education to become creative in engineering activities, navigation/trade, politics, and diplomacy (ACW, 2018), like the case of a historical international school of law and jurisprudence was constructed in Byrut, at the 3rd Century (AD) students could choose to study in Byrut, Rome, or Constantinople (Phoenicia.org, 2022a). Such a diversity-based education is optimal for the development of cross-functional profiles intended for complex projects.
