Zeynep Gulen Hashmi

Zeynep Gulen Hashmi is an award-winning scholar-practitioner with more than twenty-six years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is a holder of the Socrates “Best Manager of the Year 2016” award from UK. Her doctoral specialization lies in tourism and hotel sustainability strategies, change management and action research. Her publications are on systemic collaborative challenges of our time, such as collaboration for tourism and sustainability, linkage between corporate well-being and societal well-being as well as sustainable luxury management. Currently, she is teaching various hospitality and tourism courses at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai.
