William Kettinger

William Kettinger is a professor at the University of South Carolina. He has over 15 years of international consulting experience with such companies as IBM, NCR, Phillips, AT&T and numerous governmental organizations. He has been the principal investigator o several million dollars worth of research grants and contracts. His current research focuses on business process management, IS quality, strategic intelligence marketing and customer-based IT, and electronic commerce. He has published extensively in such academic journals as MIS Quarterly, Decision Sciences, JMIS, Public Administrative Review, JSIS, and Information and Management. He received his Ph.D. and an M.S. in Information Systems from the University of South Carolina and an M.P.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
