Vinicius PachecoVinicius Pacheco is an IT professional as well as an academic researcher. As a Brazilian federal public employee, he has over two decades of experience working at the IT department of several public offices, mainly in IT governance, cloud computing, unified communications, network management, and network security. He has also occupied the position of Chief Information Officer at two different federal organizations. As a researcher, he holds a Ph.D. in cloud security and has published several academic papers and book contributions, lately focusing on enabling privacy in the cloud computing paradigm.
