Tristan Lim

Tristan Lim is a Lecturer at the School of Business Management, and a member of the Institutional Review Board at Nanyang Polytechnic. In the realm of technology-enabled education, Tristan is particularly intrigued by how assessment drives learning. His research focus has been on the implications of AI on assessment design and the ethical considerations accompanying the implementation of AI in assessments. Tristan was honored with 2 teaching excellence awards in 2020 and 2021, and he was the faculty advisor for 7 award-winning student teams in regional to global industry and academic competitions. Tristan has served on 46 conference technical program committees and journal editorial boards since 2020, including 1 associate editorship. He was also a winner for the IEOM Best Paper Award 2021 (Runner up).
