Susana Ramos holds a Master’s in Health Care Infection and Post-graduate in Patient Safety. Nurse Manager and Patient Safety Coordinator at the Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Lisboa Central. She is also member of the Quality and Safety Committee. Tutor in the International Course "Quality in Health and Patient Safety" at the Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública. Vice-President of Atua Saúde - Association for Patient Empowerment and Safety.
