Soni Rathi is presently a Research scholar at the University School of Business in Chandigarh University, Punjab. Her current research interests include work life balance, job stress, work life conflict, job satisfaction, HR Analytics, Metaverse, human resource management, employees’ creativity and generational differences. She has attended many international and national conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. She has many Scopus-indexed and Web of Science research papers and a Scopus-indexed book chapter published in reputed Journals in the field of Business management and Human Resource Management. She has also reviewed many research papers & book chapters in different areas of Management.She has practical experience and knowledge of Statistical software viz. Smart PLS 3 & 4, SPSS v.25, Vos viewer.
