Sónia P. Gonçalves

Sónia Gonçalves completed her PhD in work and organizational psychology in 2011 by ISCTE-IUL. She is an invited assistant professor at ISCSP- Universidade de Lisboa. Sónia is researcher in Centro de Administração e Políticas Públicas (CAPP-ISCSP) and Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Research Group Coordinator. Her research interests focus on how context variables contribute the person health in workplace. She has published 7 chapters and 17 articles in journals. She further organised several scientific international events, and supervised more that 30 MSc dissertations. Sónia also Member of Portuguese Association for People Management and member of the Specialty board of Work, Social, and Organisational Psychology in Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (OPP). In 2016 Sónia P. Gonçalves has been recognized as a specialist in work, social, and organizational psychology, and in occupational healthy psychology (OPP) and in 2017 in Administration and Management by Instituto Politécnico de Tomar.
