Shwati Sudha is an Assistant Professor at NIT Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. She has an experience of 11 yrs in teaching, research, and administration. Her area of research is Organizational Behavior. Her research interests center around Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Performance and Reward Management, Behavioral Sciences, and Psychology. She has presented, published, and reviewed research papers in eminent arenas of her domain and received best paper award by AGBA at IIT, Delhi. She has also delivered different lectures in her interest areas. She is presently a lifetime member of different associations.
