Saeed Siyal

Saeed Siyal is a Research Fellow at School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience nationally in different universities in Pakistan and China. He has published in well-reputed peer-reviewed and impact factor research journals. Recently his research has been accepted in the European Academy of Management Annual Conference (EURAM), British Academy of Management Annual Conference (BAM) and 3rd international conference on environmental research and public health (an MDPI conference). He is a member of “Association for Psychological Science (APS)” and “The Society of Digital Information and Wireless Communications (SDIWC)”. His current research interests include HRM, Management, organizational behavior, and leadership.
