Ravindra Sharma

Ravindra Sharma is an Assistant Professor in Himalayan School of Management studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun India. He has more than 14 years of corporate and academic experience. He holds degrees of MBA and MCA. He also qualified UGC-NET in Management. He has credit over six papers published in refereed indexed journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, and IGI Global. He also presented several research papers in national and international conferences. Mr. Sharma has contributed chapters in four different books published by Springer IGI Global, Tailor & Frances and Palgrave Macmillan. He has co- authored a book titled “Hands on approach on Applications of Internet of Things in various Domain of Engineering published by International Research Publication House. He has honored as a Session Chair in four international conferences in various universities. He has attended various workshops, FDPs and MDPs. His areas of research interest are Employer Branding, Employee Engagement & Commitment and Talent Management.
