Radu Muntean

Radu Muntean is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania. He has a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and consolidation of buildings and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. The main fields of interest and research expertise areas are in sustainability of constructions, waste and recovered materials, ecological building materials, timber and concrete structures, management and economics in the constructions sector, circular economy issues.
