Phuah Kit Teng is currently working as an Associate Professor at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. An experienced academician and researcher with strong skills in research and marketing. Her career goal is to use her skills and knowledge in the leadership position that allows her to be innovative in all aspects. Kit Teng's research scope are mainly focus on food related marketing studies which relates to consumer satisfaction, adoption, attitude, perception and behavioral. Her areas of study encompass entomophagy, genetic modified food, halal labelled food, halal poulty, green food, natural functional food and synthetis functional food.
