Osaro Rawlings Igbinomwanhia

Dr. Osaro Rawlings IGBINOMWANHIA is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He teaches human resource management, behavioural sciences, organizational analysis and behavior, and industrial relations. Dr. Igbinomwanhia’s research work, which has appeared in both national and international journals focuses on the human side of organisations. Dr. Igbinomwanhia is a member of the Academy of Management Nigeria.
