Nilo Sylvio Serpa

Nilo Sylvio SerpaNilo Serpa is architect, theoretical physicist and data scientist. He worked as systems analyst and information analyst at the Ministry of Health, Brazil, and as development manager, special projects manager and information technology consultant in the Ministry of Labor and Employment for the INDRA Company. He has extensive experience in physics (general theory of particles and fields, gravitation and thermodynamics), conducting research on the following topics: gravitational waves, gravitational lensing, quantum computing, cosmology, geophysics, supergravity, quantum gravity, thermodynamics and econophysics. In addition, he has extensive experience in geoprocessing, having developed several projects in this area. He is consultant in general geopolitics, emphasizing the global geopolitics of water sources. Member of the Brazilian Astronomical Society since 2008, he is professor in more than thirty fields of knowledge, especially in mathematics, physics, ethics, philosophy of science and information technology.
