Mario Vega-Barbas

Mario Vega-BarbasMario Vega-Barbas, Phd in Technology and Health (KTH-Royal Institute of Technology) and PhD in Computer Engineering (UPM). Before joining UPM in September 2011, he tooks part in several research user-centered projects at University of Alcala (UAH). Since 2013 he's making use of his research background within MSSS-KTH to improve the acceptance of telemedicine solutions deployed in real homes. During his engineering degree at the UAH (Spain) he worked in several projects oriented to web and Human-System interaction (directed to handicapped people). His research lines are focused on Interaction Design, HCI, UX and proactive systems from Ubicomp and Physical Computing point of view.
