Ligia Portovedo

Lígia Portovedo holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from University of Minho (Portugal) and a degree in Psychology from University of Coimbra. She has been working as HR Manager for the last thirty years in industry, construction, consulting and technology sectors and serves as invited professor at Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (Portugal). Research Interests direct to psychological variables that impact individual and organizational performance.
