Kishlay Kumar was born in Ranchi, India, in 1992. He has completed his BBA and MBA with Human Resource and Marketing as a specialization from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi in 2013 and 2016 respectively. Currently, as a research scholar, he is pursuing a Ph.D. from Sarala Birla University. He has a 6 years of experience in the field of sales and Marketing in various organizations such as DTDC Express Limited, Byjus, Vodafone. In the future, this work will provide ideas on digital marketing.
