John Steven Edwards

John Steven EdwardsJOHN S. EDWARDS is Emeritus Professor and Professor of Knowledge Management at Aston Business School, Birmingham, U.K. He holds MA and PhD degrees from Cambridge University. His interest has always been in how people can and do (or do not) use models and systems to help them do things. At present his principal research interests include how knowledge affects risk management, investigating knowledge management strategy and its implementation; and the relevance of technology to knowledge management. He has written more than 60 peer-reviewed research papers and three books on these topics. He is consulting editor (and was founding editor) of the journal Knowledge Management Research & Practice.
