Javzandulam Batsaikhan

Javzandulam Batsaikhan has been working for the Mongolian National University of Education since 2010. Her current position is Teaching Methodology department head at the School of Preschool Education of MNUE in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Her courses at the university are Action Research, Research Methods in Education, Qualitative Research in Education, and Research Paradigms in Education for undergraduate and graduate students who become early childhood professionals nationwide. Javzandulam conducts research projects with her students, and national and international educators/researchers to ensure young children’s education and well-being in varied contexts. She completed her master’s degree with her research titled “Herder Parents’ Belief Systems for Preparing Un-preschooled Children for Schooling: A Qualitative Case Study in Rural Mongolia” at Hiroshima University, Japan. In 2021, she defended her doctoral dissertation titled at New Mexico State University.
