Hary Priyanto is a researcher, writer, and reviewer for accredited journals. born in Banyuwangi on September 20, 1979. The author is a lecturer at UNTAG University, Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia, and is active in social organization activities as well as a lecturer accompanying grant recipients at the Ministry of Research and Technology. has completed his Civil Engineering Study Program (S1), Faculty of Engineering, University of Banyuwangi, in 2004. In 2014, I graduated from the Masters Study Program (S2) in Administrative Sciences. And 2022 has completed the Doctoral Study Program (S3) in Administrative Sciences, Concentration in Administration and Public Policy, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Jember.
