Given Simataa completed matric in 2000, and went on to complete a Basic Education Diploma in Education at Caprivi College of Education, followed by an Advanced Certificate in Education and Honours degree with the North-West University (South Africa), then a Master's degree in Education with University of South Africa (UNISA), and a Copy-editor Diploma with the University of Cape Town. I am currently completing my PhD in Technology Education with the University of South Africa.
