Farhad Yusifov

Farhad Yusifov received his Ph.D. degree in Information Technology in 2010 from the Institute of Information Technology in Baku, Azerbaijan. His primary research interests include various areas in e-government, public administration, e-governance, e-demography, e-voting, and social media, particularly in the area of data analytics, web usage mining, and multi-criteria decision-making. He is head of the education department of the Institute of Information Technology. He is the author of more than 70 papers.
