Emre Yücer

Emre YücerIntsructor Yucer is a Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System specialist with the research interests in risk management, building detection and spatial statistics. He obtained a B.S. in Geomatics Engineering from Ondokuz Mayis University in 2005, M.S. in Geomatics Engineering from Selçuk University in 2014 and continous Ph.D. at Kocaeli University. He is currently working at Erzincan University as a Insructor.
