Elitsa Stoyanova Petrova was born on 02. 06.1978, Sofia, Bulgaria. She is an Associate Professor in the field of Social, Economic and Legal Sciences, Doctor in Economics and Management and Doctor of Science in Security and Defence. She has more than 17 certificates for improvement of her educational, academic and research training and expertise, as well as a STANAG 6001 certificate for English language proficiency as a special highlight. She is fluent in English and Russian. She is a lecturer at the Vasil Levski National Military University, Bulgaria, in Fundamentals of Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Investment Management, Management of Innovation, Organizational Behaviour, Conflict Management, and Strategic Management. She has given lectures in many foreign universities and academies, as Spiru Haret University, Romania; The Armed Forces Academy General Milan Rastislav Stefanik, Slovakia; Nicolae Balcescu Land Forces Academy, Romania; University of Defense, Czech Republic, Military University of Technology, Poland; National University of Public Service, Budapest.
