Ece İpekoğlu

Ece İpekoğlu graduated from Konak Anatolian High School in 2005. After completing her undergraduate studies in Izmir University of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, International Relations and EU and International Trade and Finance under the double major program in 2010, she completed her master's degree in Political Science at Sabancı University. She completed her Ph.D. thesis titled “The Effects of Social Media Phenomena in the Context of Instagram Mothers on Consumer Decision Making Process” in the Department of Business Administration at Izmir University of Economics. She worked as a Marketing Communication Manager in an international company in the private sector for 6 years. Since 2022, in Yaşar University Vocational School Foreign Trade program, she continues full time as a lecturer. At the same time, she carries out the administrative duty of program responsibility in Yaşar University Vocational School Public Relations and Publicity Program. Her academic studies are on marketing, consumer behavior, brand management and current marketing approaches.
