David Wright

David Wright is Full Professor at the University of Ottawa, Canada. He has a PhD from Cambridge University, UK and is cited in “Who’s Who in the World” and “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering.” He is a member of The Telelearning Network of Centres of Excellence funded by Industry Canada, in which he focuses on the business benefits of telelearning. He works with private companies and educational institutions to develop business cases for telelearning. He is author of the book book Broadband: Business Services, Technology and Strategic Impact published by Artech House and has presented papers and chaired sessions at the major IEEE conferences on telecommunications including Globecom, International Conference on Communications and Infocom.
