Catherine G. MurungiDr. Catherine Gakii Murungi Catherine is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood Studies. She is an editorial board member and peer reviewer to several international journals; she is a mentor, academic advisor, and also a supervisor to several undergraduate and graduate students in the university. She is a passionate researcher in the field of developmental psychology. Her research interests include: Early Childhood Education Enrolment Trends, Health Education and Health Practices with young children, Teacher Child Relationships, Parental Provision of Children’s basic needs, Parental Perspective in Children Education, Teachers perceptions and Attitude, Child Nutrition in relation to Education, Leadership and Mentorship in ECE, Technology in Early Childhood Education, E-learning innovations, and lastly but not the least Learning assessment.
