Caroline Chemosit

Dr. Caroline Chemosit is a lecturer and Head of Educational Administration Planning and Management and Psychology and Foundations (EAPM & PF) department at the University of Kabianga (UoK), Kericho City, Kenya. She is a member of the Board of Graduate Studies and serves as a Team leader for a committee responsible for developing short courses at UoK. Caroline received her PhD in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University, Normal City, USA. Her bachelor of education degree was from Kenyatta University, Kenya. Dr. Chemosit is a recipient of a grant from the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program (CADFP). She has authored or co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and presented papers in local, regional, and national/international professional educational and research conferences. Her research interests include college student learning, mentoring, professional development, multicultural awareness, academic leadership, and school culture.
