Barbara Diana

Barbara Diana is an organizational psychologist. She got her PhD at the University of Milano-Bicocca and she currently is a research fellow for the same institution. She collaborates with CESCOM (Center for Study in Communication Sciences) and with the international research network MASI (Methodology for the Analysis of Social Interactions). She mostly deals in the observation, study and analysis of human behavior. Main topics are validation of training/assessment protocols with interactive simulations, nonverbal communication and sport performance.
