Ashraf Mustafa , Instructor, Department of Special Education, College of Education, UAE University, holds a PhD in Special Education, specializing in visual impairment. He holds a master's degree in special education on the role of assistive technology in the field of visual impairment Dr. Ashraf. Won the Sheikh Khalifa Award for Education in the field of people with disabilities, and the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence in the Field of Applied Educational Research 2020, in addition to having obtained the American license to diagnose Irlen Syndrome. Dr. Ashraf is a trainer in braille, reading and writing, and is fluent in dealing with assistive technology in the field of visual impairment, and He has more than twenty years of experience in the educational field in dealing with students with sensory disabilities and he have many research papers published in many journals as well as many workshops to educate professionals, teachers, and parents in dealing with cases of sensory disability.
