Arti Kumar

Arti Kumar MBE is the former Associate Director of the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at the University of Bedfordshire and is an Honorary Research Fellow. Her awards include a National Teaching Fellowship, AGCAS Lifetime Achievement Award, and MBE ‘for services to higher education’. The SOAR model she developed and authored offers an innovative approach that has proved to be highly beneficial in developing career maturity and employability in the UK and abroad. SOAR enables individuals to develop holistically, to become effective, productive and regenerative in the diverse contexts of learning, work, and life.
