Arif Altun

Arif Altun is a professor of computer education and instructional technologies at the College of Education at Hacettepe University, Ankara Turkey. He has completed his doctorate study at the University of Cincinnati. He has been a visiting scholar at the psychology department at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2011 and at the Mind, Brain, and Education program at Harvard University during 2014-2015. In the last 10 years, he has been conducting research exploring the cognitive processes in digital learning environments at OntoLAB, to develop user modeling for ontology driven personalized learning environments.
