Archana Krishnan

Archana Krishnan is presently an Assistant Professor and placement coordinator at PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore. Her interests include Total Quality Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She completed her doctorate from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, New Delhi, India in 2015 on the topic, “Impact of Quality Practices on Organizational Culture and Effectiveness”. The study focused primarily on Banking, Insurance and Telecommunication organizations in India. The editor also holds an MBA in Human Resource and Systems (2008, Anna University, Chennai, India) and has a B.E in Computer Science Engineering (2006, Anna University, Chennai, India). She has presented papers in National and International conferences and has published papers in national and international journals. She has nearly five years of teaching experience. She also has qualified UGC JRF NET 2010 through India’s University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2010.
