Anne-Evan K. Williams, Ph.D., is the Head of School at Billings Middle School, an independent school for students in grades 6-8 in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle. Her research interests include the role of alternative formative assessment in progressive education, community-school partnerships, and program evaluation.
