Anna Rohunen

Anna RohunenAnna Rohunen works as a researcher at the University of Oulu. She received her M.Sc. degree in 2005 in process engineering, with automation and information technology as the area of specialization. Since then, she has worked for several research projects at the Oulu Southern Institute and in the Department of Information Processing Science at the University of Oulu. She is preparing her doctoral dissertation on information privacy, and her research interests are currently focused on understanding and evaluation of individuals’ personal information privacy concerns in the context of personal data intensive services. Specifically, she is interested in privacy behavior models and instruments for evaluating individuals’ personal information concerns. Her research is largely based in applying quantitative methods (such as user surveys) and data analysis tools.
