Alex Ng

Alex NgDr. Alex Ng holds a PhD degree in Computer Science, a Master of Technology degree in Software Engineering both from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor degree in Electronics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has taken up various technical positions in the commercial sector and research positions in Macquarie University and CSIRO. He is currently holding an Honorary Research role with the Internet Commerce Security Laboratory (ICSL) which is a research unit of Federation University Australia, within the Centre for Informatics and Applied Optimization (CIAO) in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Dr. Ng’s research interests span the fields of Cybercrime in Service Oriented Computing, Identity Management Architectures, Identity Semantic Constraints, Agent-Based Identity Fraud Detection Mechanism, Middleware Technologies, Optimisation Strategies for Service Oriented Architecture, and Reliable Distributed Content Delivery for Digital Repository System. He is a member of the IEEE.
