Editor/Author Biographies

Dr. Ramesh Kumar Miryala holds Ph.D. in Business Management from Osmania University. Currently, he serves Mahatma Gandhi University as the Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Director of Automation, and Chairperson of the Board of Studies in Business Management. Dr. Miryala has a distinguished academic career, having previously held positions such as the Controller of Examinations, Director of Admissions, Director of College Development Council, Principal of University College of Commerce & Business Management and Head, Department of Business Management at the same university. His areas of specialization include Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Service Management. Dr. Miryala's contributions to academia have been significant, and he continues to be a driving force behind the academic excellence at Mahatma Gandhi University.

Dr. Young-Chan Lee is a Professor in the Department of Information Management at Dongguk University, Korea. He received a Ph.D. in Management Science in the Department of Business Administration from Sogang University, Korea.

He is a scholar who has cited more than 2,500 research papers published in international journals in Google Scholar Search. His research appears in good-quality international journals such as Behavior and Information Technology, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries, Information Systems Management, Knowledge-Based Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, and so on. And he also has published tens of books, won many research funds, and participated in various governmental projects.

He was awarded ‘Most Cited Paper of Expert Systems with Applications (Elsevier) in 2006-2008’ and ‘Top Downloaded Paper of Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries (Wiley) in 2018-2019’. He was also awarded Best Paper of International Conference on Electronic Commerce (ICEC) in 2022, Korea Association of Information Systems in 2021, 2009, and 2010 successively, and Korea Academic Society of Business Administration in 2016.

From October 2012 to February 2016, he served as Dean of the Office of International Affairs at Dongguk University. In 2016, he established the Institute for Global Studies and has served as the director, making great efforts in convergence research covering humanities, society, and science and technology.

Specialties:

His research interests include data mining and machine learning for business analytics, knowledge management, social media, systems thinking and system dynamics, multi-criteria decision making, innovation management, Fintech etc.

The author´s research interest is competitiveness of tourism destinations, place marketing, place branding. She participated in the academic exchanges in Canada at Brock University and the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Central European Association of Canadian Studies and the author of several academic Scopus publications and book chapters in Emerald or Cambridge Scholar Publishing and the author of the book Models of Branding and their Application. She is a founding member of EATSA (European Asian Tourism Studies Association). The PhD. thesis defence was at the Zilina University, Slovakia and her contemporary affiliation is with the University of Zilina as a researcher and editorial board member of the Scopus Journal Communications (Scopus journal).

Madhavaiah Chendragiri is an Associate Professor of Marketing and the Head of the Department of Management, Pondicherry University, Karaikal Campus, Karaikal, India. He has a doctorate in management from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India. He has 22 years of teaching and 19 years of research experience. His areas of research are service quality measurement, technology adoption behaviour of customers, brand equity, and consumer behaviour in luxury fashion brands. He published a book on Measuring Service Quality in Banking Sector (2014) for Lambert Publishers, Germany. He has published more than 65 research articles in refereed national and international journals, including the Journal of Financial Economic Policy (Emerald Publications), Journal of Science and Technology Policy Management (Emerald Publications), Public Transport (Springer Nature), International Journal of Social Economics (Emerald Publications), Journal of Indian Business Research (Emerald Publications), Asia-Pacific Business Review (Sage Publications), and Vision – Journal of Business Perspective (Sage Publications). He is a winner of the Best Teacher Award at Pondicherry University. He organized national-level management meetings, national conferences, and research methodology workshops.
