It is concluded that learners' engagement in MOOCs is restricted by their own management strategy and psychological factors; in addition, learners in MOOCs are motivated by internal or external factors, thus making different responses; lastly, the study finds that in addition to engagement and motivation, the technical conditions of online learning can also affect learning performance to a large or small extent. Survey results reveal that the gender ratio of college students is roughly equal, and the number of participants is stable each year. Humanities majors comprise 31% of the total. The authors collected data from nearly 1000 college students, which was analyzed using a matrix model. Results suggest that while there is a weak correlation between emotional intelligence scores and English grades, there is a strong correlation between mental health scores and English grades. The researchers conducted a 3-month psychological intervention experiment on 60 sophomore students. These students showed improvement in both mental health scores and English scores. Additionally, survey results indicate student satisfaction with the testing and psychological intervention. This algorithm integrates the user's social trust into the similarity calculation formula. Then, the algorithm uses behavioral feature data driven by preferences, music tags, and popularity as the basis for recommendation calculation. It adopts user data testing on an online music teaching platform. The results showed that when the number of recommended music was eight, the recommended recall rates of XCF, CTR, TSR, and UB-CF recommendation models reached their maximum, reaching 97.82%, 95.26%, 93.95%, and 88.72%, respectively. The AUC and average computational time of the ROC curves for XCF, CTR, TSR, and UB-CF recommended models are 0.7, 0.68, 0.64, 0.57, and 160ms, 136ms, 114ms, and 88ms, respectively. In this paper, ARM and SA algorithms, as well as internal and external probability algorithms, are combined for research and analysis. Through this study, the authors show that human intelligence skills have a certain impact on vocal music teaching, with an impact rate of 56.42%. The consistency test results show that the consistency between the proposed algorithm and the manual processing method can reach over 96.5%, that is, the accuracy of the algorithm is over 96.5%.
