Nuno Teixeira is a Professor at Institute Polytechnic of Setúbal. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management. Is a researcher and consulter in Strategy, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Internationalization and Management Control Systems. He is author of several papers in journals and in conferences in his areas of research.

Joaquim Silva Ribeiro is Coordinating Professor of the Business School of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal and Coordinator of Unit for Evaluation and Quality of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (UNIQUA). He holds a PhD in Management, Master in Business Sciences and Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was CEO and Consultant in some industrial companies. He has developed research in the areas of Management, Strategy, Operations Management and Quality Management.

Ana Bela Teixeira is a Professor at Institute Polytechnic of Setúbal. She holds a PhD in Accounting. Is a researcher in Accounting and Management Control Systems. She is author of several papers in journals and in conferences in her areas of research.

Teresa Godinho is a Professor at Institute Polytechnic of Setúbal. She holds a Master in Accounting. Is a researcher in Accounting and Finance. She is author of several papers in journals and in conferences in her areas of research.
