Dr. Suzzette Harriott is a distinguished expert in Conflictology, Organizational Behavior, Leadership Development, and Change Management. As the founder and CEO of Harriott Research & Consulting, she brings over 15 years of experience in delivering high-impact research, strategic planning, and management consulting services to clients across various industries. Dr. Harriott’s academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, an M.S. in Human Resource Management, and a B.S. in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Harriott’s scholarly work is highly regarded, particularly in the areas of conflict resolution, organizational development, and leadership. She is the editor of Comprehensive Approaches to Conflict Resolution (IGI Global, 2024), an influential volume that convenes leading scholars and practitioners to explore multidisciplinary strategies for managing and resolving conflicts. This edited work reflects her deep commitment to advancing the field through both theoretical exploration and practical application. Her individual contributions to the field include significant chapters such as “Global Crisis Management: Strategies for Maintaining Political and Corporate Reputation in the Digital Age” and “The Anatomy of a Crisis: Strategic Approaches to Reputation Management” within the Comprehensive Approaches to Conflict Resolution volume. Additionally, Dr. Harriott has explored the dynamics of leadership in a global context through works like Transformational Leaders and Driving Organizational Success in a Global Context: Using EQ, Perfectionism, and Moral Compass and Breaking the Mold: The Power of Transformational Leadership and DEI in Driving Organizational Change, both published by IGI Global. Her research focus includes the interplay between emotional intelligence, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture, particularly within the context of managing change and driving organizational success.
