Editor/Author Biographies
Sujata Dash received her Ph.D. degree in Computational Modelling from Berhampur University, Orissa, India in 1995. She is an Associate Professor in P.G. Department of Computer Science & Application, North Orissa University, at Baripada, India. She has published more than 80 technical papers in international journals, conferences and book chapters of reputed publications. She has guided many scholars for their Ph.D degrees in computer science. She is associated with many professional bodies like the CSI, the ISTE, the OITS, the OMS, the IACSIT, the IMS and the IAENG. She is on the editorial board of several international journals and also a reviewer of many international journals. Her current research interests include Machine Learning, Distributed Data Mining, Bioinformatics, Intelligent Agent, Web Data Mining, Image Processing and Cloud Computing.
B. K. Tripathy a Senior Professor in the School of Computing Sciences and Engineering, VIT University, at Vellore, India. He has published more than 190 technical papers in various international journals, conferences, and book chapters and has guided 14 scholars for their Ph.D degrees in both mathematics and computer science. He is associated with many professional bodies like IEEE, ACEEE, ACM, IRSS, AISTC, ISTP, CSI, AMS, and IMS. He is in the editorial board of several international journals like CTA, ITTA, AMMS, IJCTE, AISS, AIT, and IJPS and is a reviewer of over 40 international journals like Mathematical Reviews, Information Sciences, Analysis of Neural Networks, Journal of Knowledge Engineering, Mathematical Communications, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and Journal of Analysis. His research interest includes fuzzy sets and systems, rough sets and knowledge engineering, data clustering, soft computing, granular computing, theory of multisets, list theory, content based learning, remote laboratories and social networks.
Atta ur Rahman is currently working with University of Dammam, Dammam, Saudi Arabia as Assistant Professor. Before that he was with Barani Institute of Information Technology (BIIT), Rawalpindi, Pakistan, as Associate Professor & Deputy Director (R&D). Dr. Atta has completed his BS degree in Computer Science from University of The Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan; MS degree in Electronic Engineering from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan and PhD degree in Electronic Engineering from ISRA University, Islamabad Campus, Pakistan in years 2004, 2008 and 2012, respectively. He has been actively involved in research and development during last decade or so. His research interests include AI, Hybrid intelligent systems, evolutionary/soft computing, DSP, wireless communication and adaptive resource allocation.
