Giuseppe Carlone was Bari 15 April 1951 For the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and the Tourism has directed cataloging and valorisation projects of the historical squares in southern Italy and inland (1987-88); Form Apulia. New Computerized Atlas of Landscape historian of Puglia (2000-11), Heritage Archives System cartographic and photographic history of the Apulia Region in the field of the FESR Apulia 2007-13 (2015). He has been doing business of scientific advice for the drafting of the "Plan of Wide Area of the Province of Lecce "(1999-2001); of the "PPTR" Puglia Region, Department of Territory (2008-09); of the "PTCP-BAT", Settlement System (2012-2013). Collaborate with the Politecnico di Bari for research and planning activities urban and territorial. He has published essays and monographs of history of the city and the territory of the Italian Mezzogiorno in modern age and has cared for the publication of history atlas of the cartography of Puglia.
Nicola Martinelli is an Associate urban planning at the Polytechnic University of Bari, where he was Vice-Chancellor. He conducts research on issues of urban regeneration and city-university relationship in globalization, urban and coastal plans of care present new generation in Apulia Region. Board member of the Istituto Nazionale di Urbanistica from 1998 to 2001 the Società Italiana degli Urbanisti from 2003 to 2006 and from 2015. He has curated exhibitions for the participation of Bari Urban Regeneration in Genoa in 2004, and City-Port, for the 10th Venice Biennale of Architecture. It was president of the association of active citizenship in Bari Plural City from 2004 to 2007. Published for Angeli Milano in 2003 with G. Viesti " Le risorse dello sviluppo locale. Il parco nazionale del Gargano ", in 2005 with P. Rovigatti " Università, città e territorio nel Mezzogiorno ", for Adda in 2009 " Per un Atlante della città pubblica di Bari " and in 2012 “Spazi della Conoscenza”.
Francesco Rotondo is a civil engineer, Ph'D in Sciences and Methods for European cities and territories. Adjunct Professor of Urban and Regional Planning University of Basilicata adjunct professor of Urban Design University of Bari Polytechnic.
