Seda Yıldırım currently works at Tekirdag Namık Kemal University in Turkey. She studies on sustainable development, 2030 sustainable development goals, sustainable consumption patterns, Islamic finance and banking, consumption patterns, environmental quality and food security. She is married and has two children She won Emerald literati award- Outstanding Paper Award 2022. #LiteratiAwards ORCID: .
Işıl Demirtaş is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Giresun University. She earned her Ph.D. in Economic Policy from Marmara University in 2015. Additionally, she received a scholarship from TUBITAK and worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan from October 2016 to September 2017. Her research interests include energy economics, economic policy, the green economy, and sustainable development.
Firdous Ahmad Malik , an accomplished economist from India, is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Management at the University of the People. He is also conducting Post-Doctoral research at Amity University, Dubai. Before this, he served as a research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) in Delhi, India, and as a Senior Research Associate at the Jindal Centre for the Global South, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. Dr. Malik earned his Ph.D. and MPhil in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, and holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Kashmir. His research focuses on microfinance, financial inclusion, and financial literacy, with numerous publications from Springer, Elsevier, and Taylor & Francis in Scopus-indexed journals. He has authored more than eight books, including: Financial Inclusion Schemes in India” (Springer). “Financial Behaviour of Urban Destitute in India” (Notion Press). “Health System in Jammu and Kashmir: Challenges and Opportunities” (Shineeks). “Asymmetry of Information and Lending Risk: Livelihood Pattern of Street Vendors in India” (Books clinic). “Linkage Between Interest Rate Policy and Macroeconomic Variables: Issues and Concerns of the Indian Economy” (Books clinic). “Repatriation Management and Competency Transfer in a Culturally Dynamic World” (Springer). “Economics of Financial Inclusion” (Routledge) .”Fostering Industry-Academia Partnerships for Innovation-Driven Trade” (IGI Global). His forthcoming book, “Gender and Global Economic Stability: Insights and Strategies for Women’s Financial Resilience”, will be published by Palgrave Macmillan. Dr. Malik's areas of expertise include microfinance, development economics, monetary economics, and public finance. He is an active member of international organizations such as the Young Scholars Initiative (YSI), where he promotes research among young scholars. His dedication has earned him several awards, including the Best Paper Presentation Award from the Jindal Centre for Global South and the Best Reviewer Award at the AIBPM Malaysian Conference in 2023. Dr. Malik continues to contribute to the academic and research landscape by fostering collaborations between academia and industry, driving innovation, and advancing global economic research.
